In the rare event of transit damage, simply take a quick photo of the package and text or email us. We will dispatch an immediate replacement jar at zero cost to you.

Does pure raw honey crystallize? ↓

Yes. Crystallization is natural proof that honey is raw, unpasteurized, and full of beneficial live enzymes and natural pollen. To gently return crystallized honey to liquid, place the glass jar in a warm water bath (below 110°F). Never microwave raw honey.
